Parking-
I would be lucky to find a space on the other side of the street which belongs to the other residence.My car has several dents in it due to unfriendly neighbors which I have never communicated with and have no problems with.

Noise-
*There are several disobedient kids in the neighborhood which parents do not tend to, some as young as 4 or 5 running around by themselves in the street with no shoes and have caught several kids destroying the property (trees, throwing rocks at cars)Since summer break kids are out all hours of the night skate boarding we had to ask them to quiet down but they still didn't listen so we called metro on them.
*The walls are THIN you can hear everything from talking to the toilet flushing.
*Dogs bark constantly without being silenced

Grounds-
*They do keep up with the grass but there is a constant attention to where you step since no one picks up after there pets.
*POOL is RARELY open there's always something wrong with it, it was open for the first day of summer and closed down 2 days after...

Safety-
*The front GATE Does NOT work it has been broken from the 2nd month we moved in 2 years ago!
*NOT safe at ALL!!! The 1st year we moved in I was stalked by this truck and followed on foot by a man while walking my dogs around 7pm at night, luckily my husband walked a few feet away from me and harassed the guy to stop stalking me.
*Our Garage was BROKEN INTO and stole everything out of it the management did nothing we even had to fix the lock!
*Metro now patrols the area since there have been 5 or more BREAK INS in broad Daylight!
*cars have also been broken into and stolen

Construction/Maintenance
*Layout was nice a bit small but was livable
*ALL of our door handles have fallen off and its just my husband and I no kids.
*We didn't have a screen door until the end of our lease.
*The light in our kitchen was burnt out and had to be replace we called the front office 4x's until we gave up and left it with one bulb (the long ones)
*our toilet and kitchen sink broke again didn't come to fix it so we repaired on our own our kitchen sink still dose NOT have hot water.

*One of the former maintenance workers who quit told us that the Maintenance workers would steal belongings from the homes they fixed and garages!!

Staff-
When we FIRST moved in the staff was really nice than new management came in all. The staff makes you feel as if your wasting their time and are asking ridiculous questions.Most of them aren't very bright or like to play games with you. We have called on 3 different occasion to see about breaking the lease all 3 occasions they gave us different information we confronted the staff about it and all they did was to ignore the question and give us some more information which was different from the last 3! We had to call higher management.

OVERALL-
PETS are at weight limit of 25 and under I've seen several large breed dogs (standard poodle/German shepherds).A former tenant had "5 dogs" living in her 2 bed apartment!!

This WAS a nice place to live until new management came in I DO NOT reccomend this place to ANYONE Trust ME Our Lease was a 2year lease we HAD to leave so we BROKE the LEASE it was WORTH IT!!!

With a comunity the size of Loa Cabos Villas, there are bound to be issues. Take some responsability. If you see someone not picking up after their dog, say something. When I take my trash to the bin and I pass litter, I pick it up. The staff at the villas cannot be everywhere at once to correct every situation that arises. I have lived here for four months now and every request I have given the office staff has been handled promptly.
