First of all... there are no assigned parking spots. Which is a fine convenience to the very lazy office staff but when you live in such a huge community as this, there is never anywhere to park. Ok, the office staff...if you have a problem they act like they can do nothing for you and that it is all up to the owner. There is only one maintenence man for the whole complex. The grounds are not kept up on, there are cigarette butts everywhere, there are always bugs in the pool. And the gym is only open during business hours. Neighbors have no respect for other people, especially late at night,ie..car stereos, lots of kids,and walls are so thin you hear people talking and tv. Also when we moved in, there was animal hair painted over on the base boards, a ceiling fan was broken, tile was cracked in the walk way,the bathroom fan was broken and giving off a burnt smell. It took over three weeks to get the engineers here. The office lost our paper work so it took even longer for them to come. Place is good if you have a big family and don't care about upkeep and paying high rent. But I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The property mang. co is b&r and they really don't care about ant of the issues they just want to make money!
