Bad Manegement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 2 responses   frist of all I just recently came out of the closet and the manegements is completely against that and she calls me a --- and a queer. She doesn't even like ---- and lebians. The pool is not kept up on the mantance. The landscape is completely awful ciggerette butts everywhere the pool sometimes is green for days before they clean it. The manegement and the other office workers only give discounts to poeple they know and the other people they dont know raises the price up to over 1,000 dollars over the time you have lived here. per. month. They don't care who comes into the complex they even let gangmemebers in and they dont care wealther your car get broken into. The front gates never work and when they do your gate controller doesn't work. They don't like animals So. far i have seen the manegement already kick a dog becuase the dog was tryin to find his or her way home. The office poeple dont fix anything inside the apartment like ( i have lived here for almost 2 striaght years and they still haven't fixed my smoke alarm.) They haven't replaced any of the cabnets like they were suppose to do. the celiens have mold on them and water dripping from the celien. They haven't fixed that. All the dorrs are also falling apart. That's why if you want to live in a apartment dont live here......! It's not safe for anyone.
