It's the Management Company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   B&R Property Management is the worst! They are cheap and only care about getting their rent. I have seen alot of employee's come and go and none of them have anything good to say about B&R. The pay is the worst and that's why all the employee's are all drugs and live in garages on the property. No background or drug checks are done on anyone for this company. Do you want someone on crack coming in to your apartment' They manage alot of apartments here in town so please ask who the company is before you rent.
