B&R Property Management is the worst! They are cheap and only care about getting their rent. I have seen alot of employee's come and go and none of them have anything good to say about B&R. The pay is the worst and that's why all the employee's are all drugs and live in garages on the property. No background or drug checks are done on anyone for this company. Do you want someone on crack coming in to your apartment' They manage alot of apartments here in town so please ask who the company is before you rent.

I think B&R is the best. I have lived here 2 years and do not know of any drug activity or anyone living in a garage. This must be someone that was evicted or mad at someone, ya think?

What tenant in their right mind would claim a property management company as the best? Another reply from the manager. Eviction would be an honor at a place like this. And how would you know if anyone was living illegally on the property when you have no idea of what is happening. You're either in your office, or someone's bed.
