Got a studio for $450 a month, one bedrooms are$550 but won't be ready until August 2008. Remodelig under New Management. I got a new kitchen faucet, New lighting fixtures. a 24 hour laundromat on premises. Kind of a bad neighborhood, keep your doors locked. I was paying $751 for rent, I downgraded to here, its $450! Trying to ride out this recession just surviving! NO PET DEPOSIT! I paid a $250 regular deposit only!!! Landlord and maintenace guy both very friendly and I got the landlord's personal cellphone number. very handy and comforting. This is an old building, 30 or 40 years ago, used to be a brothel, also! Interesting. Pet friendly. they even have a kitten LIVING in the office! :) sweet.. A/C works good. close to I-15 freeway and you can brag you have a LAS VEGAS Boulevard Address to your out-of-state friends/family! wow! close to a Walmart supercenter, a carwash, a Mexican restaurant, and multiple grocery stores. ON bus line! AFFORDABLE HOUSING and so far, its a fixer-upper a bit, but livable and I am happy with it!! Mostly concrete structure, very fire-resistant!!
