Preserve Apartments

Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The apartments are very nice. The open space makes you think you have alot of room. But in actuality you can find one bigger for cheaper and in just as good neighborhood. The kids at the pool and on the property are out of control at all times of the day and night. If you want to sleep, don't count on it. Skateboards up and down the parking lot, kids unattended jumping in the pool with shoes and clothes on, bubbles in the jacuzzi & underage drinking. The property has no security. Not even courtesy patrol. I give it another year, and they will need armed security. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
