I'm guessing that the other reviewer lived on the West side of the property or by the pool. We paid slightly extra for a desert view facing East. The only sound we hear at night is the tree frog outside our window.

The property seems to have several personalities. Facing East it's really quiet. Around the pools it's loud and rowdy. Near the second pool it's much busier with more young families.

We just renewed our lease for another year. The maintenance team is fast and helpful and the office staff is really nice. We've enjoyed it here.

They also seem to have not made up their mind about dogs. They say the limit is 30 lbs, but there are people walking around with husky pups.
