When you first look at it, it's gorgeous. Especially for me since I lived in a secluded place for so long that I have never even seen a gated community. But we have lived here for a year, and can't stand it. You can hear everything that goes on. From upstairs, to across the hall. There are times when someone is listening to music and it's so clear that you can sing along with it, along with hearing every step they take, and you can even hear when they flush the toilet.
Just like everyone has said, the pool is almost always a mess, filled with rocks, dirt, and it takes them forever to clean it.
Also the seals on the doors and windows aren't very good, wind blows through them, sand gets inside, and bugs get in. I would not recommend this apartment! As soon as our lease is up, we are out.
