I moved in the same month that the new management took over. I was advised up front that there would be major changes, and to watch for them. I could not be happier!! The thugs are gone...I am able to let my kids play outside. The new office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly with me whenever I have had contact with them. The apartment has a great floor plan and it feels like a home.

However, I will say that the walls between apartments are a little on the thin side. I can hear the muffled sounds of my neighbors TV and radio, but it isn't anything that really bothers me...it is just noise that I can hear. Also, I have not been to the pool in a while, so I cannot speak to that. Although I have not noticed as many groups of kids hanging around up there while driving by.

The grounds look much much better, and there are improvements being made in the weight room as I type this.

The managment made a promise to me when I moved in that things would be different, and so far they have kept their promise!
