I have lived here for about a year and it keeps getting worse. My car is all dented from people hitting it with their doors. There are always kids and pets running around. There are really no requirements for pets, most people don't even pick up their poo. our neighbors had their car stolen from the parking lot and the management didnt' seem upset at all. teh pool is unusable as there are so many unsupervised childern diving and doing back flips into 6 ft. of water. The hot tub has been green since I moved in. Once I am inside my apartment with the door locked, I feel comfortable. If you want neighbors with a little class, this is not the place for you. I will say that the noise has always been kept down (except for the children playing outside my bedroom window). I finally saw a security guard the other day which was kind of nice, but that was it.
