In the past three months there was a murder, numerious cars stolen and broken into,a women robbed at gun point, apts. broken in to in broad day light and if thats not bad enough a "bomb" was found this week. They closed off the entire area with police, fire trucks and the bomb squad! No, I don't think I'll be paying the $75.00 rent increase you just gave me. The prop.management co. has never informed any of the residents of any of these things.I feel that they better wake up before they have a law suite against them.This is just tipically of how most places treat their res.
