When I moved in I was told so many lies. The supposed storage outside is actually a water closet. My fault for not looking. The apartment was filthy when I moved in, I thought the surfaces would at least be wiped down, but no. I was given a big speach about all the things they were planning with the property, but have not seen a single one come to fruitation since I have lived here. Like where is the indoor aquatic center and new workout room' They did add a walking trail across the wash, but I'm not sure it actually goes anywhere and the entrance doesn't seem like it's even on the property. They did add gates, but they break down so often. Half the time they are stuck open and the other times the clicker can't get them to budge. I was also told there was a weight limit on the dogs, but have seen large breed dogs loose on the property. When I moved it I made it clear I didn't want to be close to the kids' park because of the noise, but was moved below an apartment in which they knew two small children lived. In fact they insisted I take that particular apartment, even though they had many units available. My car has been busted into, I've been asked to take down my thermal curtains, and my fireplace has not worked a day since I moved in. I asked for a bug spray for a certain day and was told I'd get a call if they couldn't make it. I never got a call, and I assumed they did their thing when I was out for the day. The next day I'm woken up by the bug guy, they never even tried to get him out early. Major communication failure here. I was so happy to move in here, but I can't recomend this place to anyone.

I just thought I would read about the property I am moving from since I just found this site. This is an informitive site for the most part. But I dont think this person was paying attention about some of the things offered, Im not sure where this person thought they were building an aquatic center on the property. That whole prodject is being done by the city, and every knows how fast the city works. I dont think the property is at fault for that. As as far as the walking trail maybe you should walk the whole 2 miles and find out where it goes. It is also a nice thing that the property offers pest control because a lot dont, so you could be paying for that.
