The interior is nice but a bit out of date, Air Conditioning doesn t work well. We had maintenance look at it but that did not help. They performed multiple inspections which really got on our nerves. They did not give us ample warning when maintenance was to show up and disturbed us in our sleep. There is only one pool and Jacuzzi for far too many tenants. Pool was constantly dirty. Jacuzzi was never hot and at one point was green for a couple of days. They were not helpful with explaining my options for the military clause and seemed like they wanted to get as much money out of us as possible. They were also not professional in this instance. We let our small dog off the leash to walk up our stairs and they attempted to fine us 50 dollars. They allegedly added another month and a half to our lease without notifying us. Overall we were not pleased for this to be our first home. Be aware that they may seem helpful in the beginning but once they get you in they find any reason to get more money out of you. We have seen several people move in and out within 7 months due to the unpleasant environment.

The office staff at Sedona at lone mountain is very helpful! They even helped me find a job when I got laid off. People somtimes don't want to follow the community policies and try to blame everyone else. The people moving out are the onese who are causing the community problems. I love it here at Sedona. I have lived other places and none of them compare to this property!
