Groups of teenage kids roam the parking lots bragging about how hard they are.
Ground floor units have bug problems.
Sliding glass patio doors tend to break when rocks are thrown through them.
Now it may sound as if this place in unsafe to live but don't be alarmed, quite a few children arm themselves with knives and guns to protect themselves.
