To elaborate on the comment left below. He/she is completely correct. All of the ------ in the back, and whites in the front. Before you lease, ask to drive the property and take a look around. I am one of only about 3 lighter skinned people who live in the back stretch of the property... I live there because I have black roommates I suppose.
From the weed smoking in the parking lot, to the kids and teenagers throwing rocks at anything that moves, to the trash that is never picked up, this place is the pits.
I am never able to park in front of my building yet alone my apartment. It is easily a 2 minute walk to get to my car in the morning. The gates have never closed.
Pet owners beware... there are 6 or 7 pit bulls that are living within eyesight of my apartment, yet supposidly this is a restricted breed.
The plus side' Work orders are taken care of in a timely matter. But the office staff sucks.

I agree with this post 100% We live in the back of the apartments. We have had to call the NLPD for disturbance of our neighbors drinking and yelling, and blaring music from their car about close to midnight. My Husbands roof was caved in by an adult, we don't know who. And my car was broken into and the radio/cd player the kind you install was stolen. The only thing the office staff would do is move us thankfully they are moving us to the front of the complex where it nicer and more pleasent.

I requested to move for several reasons and they never got back to me... that was 4 months ago... i cant wait until my lease is up. Yes indeed the "security" gates never worked, and the staff are horrible. They do however get things fixed in your apartment right away, however, they never do any outside maintenence. I go and see how weel kept the front area is... the same area i saw on the brochure and website which convinced me to move in... very noisy, and has gotten ghetto. Someone set a gargadge can on fire. Definietly not worth $890 a month for a 2bd
