The office staff is not bad at all people have to understand that they leasing agents are not the "property manager" they do there best so stop harassing them. They do there best the people at the office do not own the property. The black people live in the back because they choose to live in the back so they can do what they please so the fact of the matter is that if they ask to live in the back the office staff puts them there. I am not white and i live in the front soo this is a myth. The apartments are well kept they are very spacy, the grounds are well kept i see the grounds men cleaning almost every day and the maintenace is kept well. Tonia is a very nice manager and i don't know what manager at another property lets you pay late and waived your fees because Tonia will she is understanding, so is Estella the assi. and i have lived here for 5 years.

Thats amazing, Since I have been here I have been paying $995.00 a month, One month I payed $985.00 $10.00 less by accident, 3 months went by and then all of a sudden Tonia wanted me to pay $30.00 late charge a day and wouldnt except my rent until the late payment was paid. Which ment that if I didnt pay that day they would charge me another late fee for not paying on time even though I had the rent payment in hand. Tonia Told me that "IT IS NOT THIER RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF WHAT I PAY" There was no consideration or understanding of anything from this management. To everyone out there living in this comunity please read your lease before you sign it. My family and I will NOT be living here anymore. And just for the record I am a Vetran who has travel the world and lived in many different apartments and this is by FAR the WORST management staff of all time. Maintinace for this place is also the worst. Whoever takes care of the pool and spa will get your kids sick and or hurt. The spa is always green and foamy from them not cleaning it regularly. By standards from the health department it should be cleaned at LEAST 2 times a week or more if needed. This place maybe 1 time a month. HOW GROSS.
