Uninhabitable This property is run down and infested with the desperate and downtrodden. The problem is systematic. The owners has so badly mismanaged the place that no one wants to work for them. Numerous units are boarded up. There are NO amenities.

I lived at the complex for 5 years.. I've seen it go down hill and yes we did have problems, but the office staff is really nice now... and the maintenace is great! Its finally back to the way it was when I first moved in. I would recommand this complex.
