Loving the landscaping - I have lived here since Feb 09, and yes the hideous teal is terrible, and I did have 1 awful neighbor who got booted out due to complaints. Otherwise I love this place. As for creaking closets, try WD40, I love the grass, the location is great the mature trees, the one time pet deposit and not having to pay pet rent is awesome.
