Great Place! - I lived at Berrum Place Apartments and although some of the neighbors were kinda sketchy; the landlord were great and the rent was affordable. There are fireplaces and adequate kitchen and bathroom space. There may be some spiders on the first floor, but they don't bother you unless you bother them.
