The apartments are uniquely designed, and relatively new, but for higher-end apartments in Reno, they leave something to be desired. The appliances are very noisy. The heater, dishwasher, w/d, and fan in the bathroom were all terribly annoying. Also, sloppy construction of the apartments made for doors not shutting properly, insulation falling apart and other little perturbances.
They also try to gouge you with rent increases and by charging excessively upon move-out, thereby sapping your deposit and billing you on top of it.
The staff needs a few pointers on customer-service.
Other than that, the pool and hot tub are fabulous, the grounds nicely maintained and the neighbors friendly.
