The management at this complex is absolutely horrible. It all started before we even moved in. Myself and one of my roommates were trying to pick up the keys to our new apartment, and because of a miscommunication, they refused to give them to us untill we gave them a check for over a thousand dollars, which they wouldn?t take unless the funds could be electronically verified. Throughout the year, we would get random bills taped to our door. They would be on Aviana letterhead simply stating we owed them some amount of money, anywhere from $100 to $500. Upon calling the office, they could not justify where these charges were coming from. Several times we got second or third notices (and even a threat for eviction) before we had received any prior notice. Still, with no justification of the charges. They gave us letters stating that we had bounced checks for random dollar amounts that didn?t match anything we ever paid them. They were unable to provide proof of the returned check or even supply a valid check number. On one occasion, we came home to find our front door halfway open, with a letter from the office on the floor in the middle of the entry way. Did they enter without permission' Who knows for sure, but the door was locked when we left. The management had also given us a mailbox key. It did not fit our mailbox, nor could they supply us with one that fit. We NEVER did get our mail. Not to mention the gates. They are a big hassle. The exit gate does not always open entirely. It will stay open halfway for long periods of time. The only other exit is the emergency exit diagonally across the property. The entry gate stays open for several minutes after being opened. This lets numerous cars through without requiring any pass code. Isn?t the purpose of a gated community to keep the amount of non-residents entering at a minimum' All of these gates open very slowly and are very irritating. No campers may be parked on the property, except the one parked by the clubhouse. Wonder who that belongs to' Overall, the most frustrating thing was when we began looking for a new apartment. The management was being very difficult and refused to verify rental histroy, making it almost impossible to rent a new apartment. In addition, Lisa blatantly and viciously lied about all three of us on rental histories, practically ruining our renting reputations. I would rather live on the street under a bridge before living here. It has honestly been nothing but a living nightmare. I would just like to further stress how unorganized an unprofessional the management at Aviana at Tuscany is. I have never been more frustrated with or more dissappointed in a business. They are very rude and incooperatiave. I really hope that no one has to experience what we?ve been through.

I am almost totally with you on your review of Aviana. When I lived there I did not have quite so malicious of a staff, (I think) but I certainly wondered where that RV was from and who's it was? Oh, and the notices that we owed money all the time but no explanation for it? And the fact that we never actually owed anything, that was fun. The thing that I could never get over was the horrible insulation. I could hear my neighbor's alarm through the wall from the other side of the room! And our poor neighbors below could hear tiptoeing.
