Familiar story these days. You find out that apartment renting is distorted by a fancy dancy club house with one foot thick walls,plush thick carpeting, and help yourself coffee and cookies stating "at last you found your quite serentity from noisy rude world". They also make damn sure they show you the model that thats built the same way,and before the renters return from work.So you plop down cold cash stating this apartment is rented!. your first night your dead tired from moving in and are awoken out of a dead sleep by someone flushing thier tolet and turning on the boom box. sound familiar'.Wellcome to Aviana at tuscany.
