Looks nice, but don't be fooled.

These look like some of the nicest apartments in Reno, but don't be fooled.
Here's a quick list of problems:
1) MAJOR bug problem. We called and called, and had to actually call our own company to fix the problem.
2) A huge sprinkler leak that lasted for 3 months. Right outside our bedroom window. Sounded like a fire hose, and came on every morning at 5 a.m.
3)We received 2 eviction notices, which were not justified. We had automatic withdraw from our checking account, and they would credit another tenant.
4) The girls in the office are nice enough, but there might as well be a few chimps running the operation. That might sound harsh, but nothing you request ever pans out.
5) It seems like everyone owns a Nova and likes to start it at midnight on Fridays.
6) The walls are super thin. We heard our neighbor's baby cry all night long, and I can't even imagine what they heard from us.
Seriously, these places look very nice on the outside, and for the most part they look good on the inside, but the service is crappy and they're way over priced.
