RATS, ROACHES, AND DOG FECES

My parents rented this apartment for 6 months. My elderly mother is a clean fanatic, yet has been repeatedly upset by the dog feces in front of her door in the dimly lit hall; the roaches in the bathroom, and the rats running across the patio. Parking is atrocious, and the maintenance and management are terrible. Don't try to negotiate your lease, either; They find any excuse not to be understanding.A good portion of it is unrented and you will know why if you drive around there.
