well i have read the comments from other people staying at Aviana but i must say that i have had quite a different experience. i have now been here for two years and i will say that it hasent been perfect but i dont think that it is any different from any of the other properties in Reno or other city's for that matter!!! yes you can hear your neighbors, and parking is not always that great but welcome to apartment living. if you dont like it then rent a house and pay for sewer, water and trash, right'!! the girls in the office are all very nice although they dont always have an answer, there is nothing stating that you need a college degree to lease apartments. since i have been here we have gone through a manager or two but i think that sais something for the managment company, which is a whole other story. so although there have been ups and downs i think that my overall experience has been a prett good one and i dont really have any major complaints. if you are looking for an apartment i would definitly recommend this place.
