Deceptive luxury

The idiosyncrasies and minor annoyances visible only after you move in gather potency as they accumulate. Parking will undoubtedly be your first dis-satisfaction. The listing says cable ready, but there is no cable. In fact Charter Cable company refused to put in service. They said it was Aviana that would not allow. Aviana says Charter doesnt have the facilities. Dish TV is optional if you are lucky enough to get a space on your balcony that is unobstructed 160 degrees south. After a few headaches you will find that the apartments are contracted to provide cable service through a very small and new company called Satview. Maybe they are good, after 3 weeks of waiting for cable TV installation failures, we have little choice but to try them, else do without Pay TV. The concrete floors ensure a cold experience for your feet if you are on the ground floor. Those are our big issues. Numerous small issues afflict us as tenants. Overall, the living conditions are ok, the asthetics are good. (Looks good)
Just remember, these apartments are not cable ready as listed. If you take the bus everywhere and dont own a car or truck, you will have little to worry about as far as parking, just dont track in any oil from the narrow main access road where others are forced to park.
