been here now 1 year and about 3 months. i love the property, it is beautiful. when we origionaly were looking for an apartment we had looked all over reno and sparks and fell in love with the friendly (ha and beautiful) staff they were all very helpfull. my only complaint here is for this past year they have been re building the patios from some previous builder defect and it has been very frustrating on my days off trying to sleep in and being awaken by construction men on my patio but other than that it has not been bad. we have great neighbors and the construction is now finnished so i couldnt be happier. never had problems with bugs although i am upstairs and parking is not as bad as people make it out to be. i really would not recommend any of my friends to live any where else than here, you will love it too!
