When I lived here a little over a year ago you never could watch tv because they have some kind of a crappy second hand system with an unknown cable company. Cable was down for hours and sometimes days at a time day after day and week after week. The walls are also horribly thin to the point where when my upstairs neighbor vacuumed I could here the actual vacuum like she was actually in my apartment, could not here the tv turned all the way up! Had management over several times but they basically didn't seem to care. The owner is a real a**hole and can't keep managers. He has gone through more managers than I can believe. There were four different managers in 2004. The overall appearance of the apartments is nice and the apartments while small look nice but to actually live in them is a completely different story. Scary breezeways too! Do not recommend this rinky dink owner property to anyone who doesn't want to have to move again when there lease is up! I lived there a year because I unfortunately signed a 1 year lease! But as soon as it was over I was gone along with several of my neighbors!
