Floor plan and setting is beautiful. Much nicer than other area complexes. Only minor complaints. Am really tired of being told it will be done tomorrow. They often do not want to send out maintenance same-day. Prior manager was quite aggressive with placing early late notices with corresponding late fines. Occasionally awful debris on the premises. Lots of unsupervised young adults acting out obnoxiously at the somewhat small and cold pool through the summer.
