I have never experienced such horrible staffing at any apartment i have ever lived in. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful, when i have a complaint nothing is done about it, when i go to pick up a package nobody helps me, they just throw me a key and pretty much make me get it myself, when it snowed our area of the complex was the only area that was not plowed, or even sanded. I would not recomment this complex to anyone. The inside of the apartment is terribly drafty, and everything is falling apart. Our dishwasher pretty much falls on the floor everytime i load any dishes into it because it is not bolted in correctly, and our microwave handle had been superglued back on when we arrived so it is now barely connected.
