The first thing I am throwing out is that the apartment complex is currently in a legal battle with the builders. The apartments are very drafty because of poor workmanship. Most of my windows leak both water and sand when the wind blows hard. I have also spent on average 260 each month for electricity and gas. If you are looking for alot of bang for your buck I would go elsewhere, I am out of this complex as soon as my lease is up, if not sooner. There is no parking, and when it snows there is no plowing or salting of the complex. The managers in the main office, specifically Lisa, are very rude and inconsiderate. If you have complaints or maintainence issues you have better luck talking to a brick wall.

Well I am a long time resident, infact I was originally moved in by Lisa when the place opened. It???s true that there is some kind of Legal battle with the builders and I have had a few people at my front door letting me know they will be doing work or inspections in my apartment but I have never had that happen without a prior notice. I will admit that parking isn???t great, but it???s nothing that I can really complain about. I have lived here for about 5 years now and I think that it is obvious that I am content with the place or else I would have moved quite some time ago. I do recommend Aviana to anyone looking, I have had quite a pleasant experience.
