I moved into these apartments last July and they are God Awful! What would you like to hear about first' The poor insulation - you can hear your neighboor's alarm clock go off every morning! The parking - there isn't any and everyone just parks in the red zone, so pray that nothing happens and you need an emergency crew to get to you! The maintence - there is none! Our wash machine has leaked for 3 months and they won't fix it. The blinds in the bedroom have been broken for a month. And oh yeah, the air filter hadn't been changed in a year! We had to wait until it was blowing dust everywhere to get it fixed. When it snows, don't expect your stairs cleaned or the parking area, which makes parking a 100 times worse! And last but not least, the Reno PD is here all the time! Mostly for domestic violence which is a regularly occuring event at Aviana! Gated'' My ass, the back gate is broken all the time, it NEVER works! So when they sell you the gated garbage just remember the front works but that back doesn't! My lease isn't up but I am breaking it! Paying the money is well worth it!! Oh yeah, and the heated pool it's not heated, so don't buy that lie too! When they tell you this is an A rated complex, ask them what curve they are grading on!! You are overpaying if you are paying a single penny at all! Keep that in mind when wanting to rent from Aviana.
