Pho Italy in the Sierras

Love the floor plan and most of the view; however, I have an unique floor plan and rare corner unit. Gym often needs repairs. Noisy neighbors moved in last month and they are miserable folks to be living next to. Management needs to be "provoked" to cause same-day service (it is possible). Plowing/parking is "okay" at my end of the complex and I hear it is very stopped up in some areas. Prior management used to be quite nasty and not so bright . . . seems to be some improvement for now. Poor door insulation and drafty windows got me to hang curtins all around. Most guests really love the place as it "looks" stunning. Some units downwind of the over fragrant dumpster stations that get ripe during summer. Generous walk-in closets and decorative niches allow me to put a personal touch just about everywhere without having to tackle the paint it/paint over it clause in the lease. Check the initial checklist over carefully . . . they are broke, refinancing and looking for cleaning your wallet on the way out . . . ridiculiously demanding lease continuation agreement made this seasoned paralegal tech find amusement.
