Do not live here you can hear everything like someone coughing, talking, the neighbors dog, and others things you would not hear in a good apartment. I am so happy I left. The cops are there 24-7 365!! I have never seen anything like it. It is not safe if you have kids because there are no speed bumps so people go like 70 through the complex, the playground is not gated, and everyone who lives there or not are in the pool. The gated community is a total lie the back gate is always broken so people can come in freely in or out. When it gets hot at night there are millions of parties all night. When you move out they charge you a millions dollars becasue they say you house was a mess recommend taking pictures of everything becasue they lie. Good lucky getting a good night sleep here. Management is very rude and dont know anything that is going on in there complex.
The best part about the whole apartment is the view.
