I just moved in a couple of months ago and just found this website. im accually kind of dissapointed about what im reading here. i didnt get that impression of the girls in the office or about the community. so far any maintanice problems were fixed within 24-48 hours like they told me. i love my apartment! i do think that they are a little expansive for what their worth but i essentily love living here. all the problems that were talked about in previous posts have been fixed and i havent had a problem since march. i think that the people writing horriable things about aviana, im sure that aviana could probably say horriable things about them. im sure they less than perfect residents, from what i read they have a lot of issues. please dont listen to the bad stuff this place is really great, under new management. the new manager is super helpful and so are the other girls in the office. a must see!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

if management is new then hopefully it did get better...but just be careful when moving out...you cant explain away the dozens and dozens of people that were treated unfairly by saying everyone had "issues"....they were just very poorly run..and i am saying that with no emotion just fact

I completly understand i was pretty worried when i moved in. trust me i took it all into concerdation, they said that their old manager i guess her name was liz or lisa or something like that made them over charge but the new manager was a sweetheart and she said that if i leave my apartment in good condition that i should be ok... she also said that some of those people moved out with out even trying to clean it...but i did take precaution and took pictures of what my apartment looked like when i moved in and printed out copies for them to keep in my file. they also walked the apartment with me so that they could note what my concerns were to make sure that i dont get charged. thanks i will update if i have any problems!

I wouldn't make generalizations about the people who post bad reviews for Aviana. I loved living there and didn't have a problem with them until I moved out and got my outrageous bill. When I tried to dispute some, but not all of the charges I was told it would have to go to court and have it hit my credit report first. Hopefully with new management this problem has been solved, but the people who are posting on here are just trying to protect others from being completely screwed. As far as Aviana being able to say horrible things about the people who post on here and those who do being less than perfect residents... I doubt they even knew who I was until I tried to dispute some the the charges. I paid my rent once a month and that's it. I think I had 1 maintenance request in the 18 months I lived there. So, while you may be blissfully happy right now (as was I when I lived there), you may feel differently when you move out and get charged for things you may have noted in your walkthrough. I genuinely wish you good luck with the new management.
