---- the previous manager was very sweet and would help us with anything, however, -------, the "unqualified", "immature", and "rude", property manager, is far from a good example for any of her employess.
Thats just the start, but the apartments are terribly small, and really expensive. They have built in shelves that take up an entire wall in the living room, and you can't fit your t.v. anywhere but on the far right or far left of the wall.
AND FORGET ABOUT MOVING OUT!!! If you do, be aware that you will get a move out bill with the maximum charge for every thing ruined or not, and then told later that the bill is not an actual bill, and that they weren't going to fix the apartment until rented again. However, the invoice said pay in 30 days!'!'!'! They charged me to re-carpet the ENTIRE apartment when all that needed replaced was ONE room. --------!

I feel for you. So glad to be out of there and I sincerely was a good and clean tennant. I am a wash-a-holic. They tried to charge me for broken ice maker which I had listed in need of repair when I moved in. Showed them the paperwork. Keep ALL paperwork. And pictures before and after. Thank goodness I did that. I found dirty laundry behind the washer/dryer when I moved in. Unfriendly and unhelpful management. Immature, stupid, inconsiderate.

i think -------- is very nice and sweet i didnt like ---- at all, i looked at the one bedroom your talking about and i also know there is another 1 bedroom so if you picked the one with the bad walls honestly thats your problem not theirs. it sucks tho that they replaced your whole carpet with only damage done to one room was it your bedroom? thats messed up if they charged for a whole replacement when your room was the only thing that was bad, which im assuming it was because carpet had to be replaced anyways. i do agree that they are pretty small tho but i like how nice they are i guess small is for some people and not for others..
