| I lived at balfour for six years and I found it very reasonable... I was late on my rent a few times and they were always willing to work with me on it... maintenance was friendly but a little messy. ... more | ||||||||||||

| if you are not in good grace with management all your woes will be unheard. they allow certain tenants to have a pet but as said earlier if they dont like you they will not allow you to have pet. | ||||||||||||
