THE SWAT TEAM HAS COME TO THE BLUFFS A COUPLE OF TIMES.ONE TIME THE WHOLE COMPLEX WAS ON
LOCKDOWN FOR 4 HOURS.WE COULDN'T LEAVE OUR APARTMENTS..OMG AND THE CHANNEL 2 NEWS
HAD TO COME OUT IT WAS SO BAD AND IT WAS ALL OVER THE RADIO STATIONS.
THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR HUMAN BEINGS.THE KIDS GOT WORSE WITH THROWING ROCKS AND BREAKING INTO PEOPLES APARTMENTS.PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY CLIMBING THE SIDES OF THE
APARTMENTS TO ROB TENANTS.NOT TO MENTION TENANTS ARE STEALING OTHER TENANTS HUBCAPS
AND TIRES.THE LADY THAT WAS GETTING ROBBED CAME OUTSIDE WITH A GUN.
I RECENTLY MOVED OUTTA THERE BECAUSE IT GOT TO CRAZY.AND THE STAFF SUCKS.
AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
SO I DONT RECOMEND YOU MOVING HERE BUT IF YOU
LIKE DRAMA AND CRAP LIKE THIS THEN BE MY GUESS.

A couple years ago I was searching for an apartment to live in. I can't remember what drew me to this place but I will live in the Bluffs this year 2011. Now that I have the means to move out on my own now. When I went inside I was floored! Absolutely beautiful and the lady was so nice to me. After searching around for other apartments I weighed the pros and cons. Not only that but I've had friends living in the Bluffs and down off double diamond. The bluffs will soon be my home. I can't wait! Reading all the bad reviews has me disappointed that others are so immature and I think it's best that those people don't live there anyway :) As long as the haters move out then I know I'll be fine. It's affordable and close to everything.
