Lived here two years. When I first moved in, the overlay under the kitchen sink was loose. If eventually fell off, called to have them fix it - have YET to hear from them. My Dad who is in construction finally fixed it.
Toilet in main bathroom broke and it took them six months to fix it. I had to threaten not to pay rent to get them to fix it.
Pool rules don't apply to management. Have seen manager at the pool breaking at least five of the pool rules at ONE time. And she never returns your phone calls either.

I agree with the person above, being a current resident for 2 years now I have experienced the same problems in my house as well as the lack of management. On top of all these problems there is also the problem with the rent being changed every 6-7 months. When i moved in I payed under 1000 for a 3 bedroom apt, after almost 2 years I am now paying nearly 1200, to live in trash. I WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE MY WORST ENEMY MOVE HERE!!!!
