I left my comments on one of the other posters remark, so I will make this short and just say ...that i would not advise anyone to move here, dealing with the management "if thats what you call them" is impossible. You'd have a easier time raising the dead. As far as looks they are nice until you move in then everything falls apart, EVERYTHING. And good luck getting maintenance to fix it. In 2 years I have maybe seen them outside walking the grounds a total of four times. The rent is too high, it constantly gets raised every 6-7 months. Winter time is worse cause none of the doors or windows are weatherized so you freeze or have a $300 electric bill each month. I only wish that I had found this site before I moved in.
