I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, unless you want your car broken into. During a 4 month period, over 6 vehicles were broken into and had steros and other items taken. Did management do anything about it' Nope. In fact, during this time, when the vandles would hit the apartment complex they would do it two nights in a row!! Besides having your things stolen the place is always a dump. I had kids that lived upstairs and they were never taught that people lived below them. They always played right outside our apartments and trashed the grass and everything else in site. I can't really blame the kids because for one there is no playground, basketball court or anything for them to go play at. But the trash from them would stay there until the wind blew it away. We're talking empty puding bowls, spoons, ballons, it basically looked like my grass had confetti in it at all times.
On top of the kids making the place a dump, On my way to my car around the building where my carport was, I would encounter about 4-5 dead mice just laying around in the bushes and in the grass that the cats would leave. The mice would not be picked up, they would be there week after week.
So if any of this is appealing to you, go for it.
