We live here and cant wait until we move out. I have had to call the matainence almost every month for something not working. Our car got broken into and then booted the next week and we LIVE here. no help from the office. I have to kkep the ac on alllllll day just for the temp to maintain. Loud neighbors and office does nothing. Outside of buildings very dirty, but i heard it's going to get a new paint job.
