These apartments are over 30 years old, have never been remodeled and when there is a problem it's fixed with mixed matched materials by people who have no idea how to do basic maintenance. Last winter I went two weeks without a heater, maintenance came every day. A profesiional was finaly called due to the falty attempt of re-wiring the furnance that caused an fire. NO AIR CONDITIONING,PAPER THIN WALLS MAKES FOR A HOT SUMMER. Plus the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. The grounds are always littered with garbage due the kids that run around all day with no supervision throwing rocks at cars destroying the etire grounds. The garbage is constantly overflowing and piled up aroung the dumpsters due to there attempts to save money and decrease the pickup days. The managment company bills you for the gas bill because the complex is one meater. A single bedroom apartment that has 2 people will get a bill for over three hundred dollars for one month while a three bedroom with seven kids and an adult will get a bill for $80.00. Car sterios are stollen weekly, people harassed by the apartment gang who deal drugs in the play ground. This place has gone down hill so fast in the last six months and when you voice your concerns your told move out. I fear for my safety every day. Thank God I am moving.
