Im a current resident at Brookside Villas and I think its a very nice place to call home. The location couldnt be better, my children can walk to school and the river is right across the street, a beautiful place to go jogging.Yes the buildings are older but compared to newer construction the units are very large. I mean I have never had a walk-in linin closet. The rent is perfect for what you get. The parking could be better but with the given land on the property theres not too much the management could do about that.The people that live around me are very nice and the crime in the area seems to be getting better now that employees are on site.
