Current tennent cant wait to move! 1970 kitchen & bath from hell. Garbage all over from unsupervised rug rats and people putting stuff BY the dumpster even when not overflowing. Maintainence people are from labor ready and have no clue. Management "forgets" about repair requests. Over a year and several people still waiting for leak to be fixed.
Too many other problems to mention, just about everything is a problem. Dont be late with the rent they will threaten eviction. Everyone shares the gas bill unfairly devided by some formula (you get charged even if you dont use)
2 owners and now bank owned i gotta go.
do your self a favor and save time don't visit.

I'm also a tenant since 2006. My apartment is ok-guess I'm lucky. But the garbage and maintainence of the grass really make the place look bad, and it is! 4 people in a one bedroom! Dogs are allowed to run off leash and poop anywhere, not to be picked up by dog owners. Parking is a joke, I'm afraid my alcoholic neighbor is going to dent my car any day now. It seems they are renting to mostly non-english speaking people now. Don't even look!
