Price is a little high for what you get. A plus is the deposit is only $175.00. Maintenance is really good, if it is a big problem. Management was very nice and helped us out a lot. On the other hand, the apartment complex next door has a lot of crime. Our street bike was stolen from our covered parking and the problems you find at the beginning of your stay do not get fixed. Lots of traffic through the complex with a bus stop near by which you can hear at 1 in in the morning. Nice landscaping except for the yard crew who decide to mow the lawn and blow leaves at 7 in the morning. Do not recommend this apartment complex unless you don't mind the noise and can pay the big bucks for a small apartment.
