Brooktree in the Spring and Fall is just beautiful with all the beautiful trees and flowers full bloom in color! And I havent had a car all these 4 years here, with the Cosco next door and Sak n Save just a few blocks away. Not to mention the bus stop right in front of the office that takes you from Meadowood to Downtown, and also, a block away is another bus route that takes you to VA Hospital and Shoppers Square. School Bus access right in front of Brooktree, and a High School just 3 blocks away. I've been very happy with Brooktree as my home, as the landscape is well kept and whenever Ive needed any maintenance within the apartment, the wait was most minimal.For me, the size of the one bedroom apartment is just enough, and living on the end of Harvard Avenue makes the noise levels low, since no traffic is constantly going on.
