Bad palce to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived at City Center Apartmens for a while now. I t used to be a great place to live, but they had these "leasing specialists" come in and they filled the place with trashy people. soon after that the last manager was getting the bad teneants under control, then they hired a new manager. since then the I have noticed a steady decline in service, and professonalism.
