Ok so I had given my 30 day notice at these apartments and moved out when I was suppose to. 2 Weeks later I revieved a notice stating that I was their unlawfully and I had 5 days to move out. I was like wait I moved out already and you guys want to evict me' These are so eviction happy that they cant even keep track on who is their and who isnt. So if you are still living their and plan on moving out please make sure they dont do that to you.

i agree. i use 2 live there n was evicted because the staff said i graffitied the elevators.i said no check yor camaras cuz thry got camaras in the elevators but they just said no we dont have 2 cuzz we caught u already which was a big lie cuzz i never did write on da elevators. so they screwed me over n my rental history. i dont reccomd these apartments either.they have the worst staff.

I use to live there and they had a huge bed bug problem at the time so my bf and i got them to put us up in a room for a week so they would do something about it than when we came back to the apt. the bed bugs were still there so we wound up having to go to court with them and they still put it on my bf's record which does not make sence...

To anyone thinking of moving to City Center Apartment... DON'T! The way the management treats its tenants is absolutely horrible. To make matters worse they are constantly adding extra charges to the point your bill is as hard to understand as a phone bill, and when you ask questions they get offended. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up.

These complaints could have been written about Courtyard apts @ 695 W 3rd St. rhonda is the "(mis)manager" of both complexes. She is a snake, thief and liar. Don't rent there! Both places are full of drug addicts, drunks and weirdos and filth. They don't enforce the lease properly and tolerate certain people making trouble for others. Don't take my word for it, ask the police who visit so often they should have a substation there. The security is a useless bunch of lazy bums. Stay out of downtown, it's a scumbag magnet.

Used to live at the Reno City Center Apartments. They had a Huge bed bug problem two weeks into my lease. I opted to move out that day and they not only refused to pay my money back or prorate what I had paid for the time I stayed there, but I had to take them to court to make sure an eviction wasn't put on my record. The management and the staff are awful. No one should live there. The tenants of the building are dirty and drug addicts. Nasty! No one wants to live in the scums!

We live here for 8 month and didn't have any problems at all. Nice place and price is so low compare to others. we like this apartments. I think ppl who wrote previous negative reviews is the cause of almost all problems they describe. They just like to complane no mather what. I would definately reccomend this apartments for family with low income or who just want to save some money.
