It was a good place to live and I'm sorry to have to move From: dancer@reno.com Date posted: 4/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived in this complex for 4 years with hardly any problems. The parking situation is the biggest problem because of one or two residents that seem to be car collectors (4 or 5 cars per resident). They park their cars and leave them everywhere. Since they live here I'm not sure what can be done about that. The pools are nice and well maintained as well as the gym. The grounds are kept clean and it's a nice quiet area to live in. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of promptly. The location is the best in Reno. It's safe and quiet. I have never felt like the residents speed through the parking area. I like all my neighbors. They didn't raise the rent on me in the entire time I lived here. That's rare! I have to move to another city so I have to leave and I know I'll never find an apartment as nice as this one. I hate the winters in Reno but loved my apartment.
